There is no need to use cutting media when performing operations such as water jet cutting. Cuts will also stay dry and tidy. The cutting depth can be adjusted arbitrarily. In addition, ultrasonic cutting has low noise. No noise protection measures are required. In addition, unlike laser cutting, the surface of the cut object cannot meet special quality assessment standards; there is no formation of burnt cutting edges or combustion gases. Ultrasonic cutting is a practical process for many lightweight structural applications due to its extremely low acquisition and operating costs compared to other processes.
